Managing resources

You can use the workspaces menu to add or remove resources to your workspace.

Adding resources

To add resources:

Dashboards

  1. Click the Dashboards icon to search and select dashboards to add.
  2. Click + To Workspace.

Audiences

  1. Click the Audiences resource icon to search and select audiences to add.
  2. Click + To Workspace.

Campaigns

  1. Click the Campaigns icon to search and select campaigns to add.
  2. Click + To Workspace.

Collections

  1. Click the Collections icon to search and select collections to add.
  2. Click + To Workspace.
  3. Your workspace menu counts the resources added.

Current resource

You can add the current resource to a workspace using the workspace menu.

Tip

This option only shows if the resource is not already in the workspace. You can use the add current resource function across dashboards, audiences, campaigns, and collections to link the item to a workspace.

Removing resources

To remove a linked resource:

Click on the link icon next to the linked resource.

This removes the resource from being associated with the workspace.

Note

You are not deleting any saved work by removing a linked resource from a workspace.
