Transactional responses
Through the process referred to as Response Attribution, PeopleStage monitors for and attributes any new transactions to the relevant campaign.
You can define what a response to your marketing is – and the time period over which monitoring should take place - using a Responses step within your campaign Message.
Responses are automatically attributed after every FastStats build and you can then access and analyse the results via the Communication History within your FastStats system.

Reporting¶
You can use reports generated in PeopleStage to see how well your campaign is performing:
- based on the number of transactional responders
and, if cost has been added:
- an ROI figure is also displayed to indicate how profitable a campaign is to date
The PeopleStage transactional reports show responses based on transactions stored in your FastStats system. Typically, these are revenue generating responses, defined using the Responses step and only available where such a Responses step exists.
