We've found and fixed an issue causing campaign optimisation to set the request locale to a particular decimal export format, then not reset this to configured default at the start of every subsequent request.

Patch 29: Improved email template options for dotdigital messaging¶

Patch 28: WhatsApp mobile number validation¶

We've fixed an error that occurred when sending WhatsApp messages to records with blank or very short mobile numbers. Your WhatsApp campaigns now correctly handle invalid mobile numbers.

To apply this fix:

2. Use the FastStats Configurator to upgrade the FastStats Service to version 1.3.24295.63 or later.

   Note

   Make sure to tick Update Integrations when upgrading your FastStats Service.

Patch 26: Excelsior installer issues¶

We've fixed an issue preventing you from being able to install or run Excelsior. This was due to DLLs not being signed, and therefore blocked by A/V.

Patch 26: Diagram lock when publishing campaigns without response attribution segments¶

Publishing a campaign without a response step no longer inadvertently locks your campaign, preventing you from publishing campaigns without a response step defined, when other campaigns are running.

Patch 25: Dotdigital API logger¶

We've added an optional "Api Logger Path" parameter to Dotdigital channels that allows you to log all API requests and responses to a specified file path for debugging purposes.

Patch 24: Dotdigital contact list overwrite¶

We've fixed an issue where the Dotdigital overwrite contacts list mechanism would sometimes start adding new contacts before the deletion of old contacts was complete. The system now properly waits for contact deletions to finish before uploading new contacts when reusing list names.

Patch 23: Apteco Email template default values¶

We've fixed an issue where default values in transactional email template variables displayed blank spaces instead of the specified default text. Email templates now correctly show default values when personalisation fields are empty or unclassified.

Patch 19: Faster campaign information processing¶

We've optimised Orbit's campaign information display for significantly faster processing. Previously, it lagged on some systems when handling retry send details. With this fix, the campaign overview remains unchanged but now updates far more efficiently.

Patch 18: Meta Ads API unhandled status now managed¶

With the upgrade to the latest version of the Meta API, a new status appears when waiting for an uploaded audience to be processed. We've updated the system to recognise and handle this status, ensuring uploads complete as expected.

Patch 16: Missing decodes for input values over 255 characters¶

We've found and fixed an issue in Designer where input values longer than 255 characters prevented new decodes from being found. This resulted in missing decodes and a higher than expected Unclassified count.

Patch 15: Empty cubes saved to cube cache¶

We've found and fixed an issue where an failed cube query stores an empty cube response into the cache. This caused subsequent cache hits to return an empty cube. We've fixed this issue to prevent invalid empty cube results being created.

Patch 14: Emarsys broadcaster JSON payload handling¶

We've fixed an issue where the Emarsys broadcaster failed to handle large JSON payloads. You can now return a large number of templates without errors.

Patch 13: Combine database categories using unclassified code description issue¶

Patch 8: Distributed processing freeze¶

We've found and fixed an issue where submitting a dashboard with multiple requests could cause the FastStats Service to stop processing jobs.

The problem was in the distributed processing 'merge results' section of the FastStats Service, this issue has been resolved.

Patch 7: FastStats modelling environment not saving items on the results tab¶

The Modelling Environment lets you create and organise modelling tools such as Cluster, Profile, and DecisionTree.

When you build models using these tools, the results are stored on the Results tab. A bug previously prevented these results from being saved with the Modelling Environment, so when reloaded, the Results tab appeared empty. We have now fixed this issue.

To apply this fix:

2. Use the FastStats Configurator to upgrade the FastStats Service to version 1.3.24295.30 or later.

Patch 6: Google Ads custom audience uploads¶

Uploading or replacing large custom audiences of over 1,000 records in Google Ads now uses a single call. Overwrites trigger a replace job, while appends trigger an add job, ensuring consistent results.

Patch 5: Google Ads integration - audience only advert requirement¶

We've found and fixed an issue in the Google Ads integration where the Audience Only option incorrectly checks for the existence of an advert.

Patch 4: Facebook Ads in PeopleStage display null adset id when upload only¶

We've fixed an issue where you needed to have a valid Meta Ad selected and available, even if only uploading but not advertising. The advert name in this case is no longer used.

Patch 3: Spurious error message creating profile VV when virtual folder is on a UNC path¶

We've fixed an error message that could be generated while creating a profile Virtual Variable (VV), when the virtual folder is on a Universal Naming Convention (UNC) path.

When setting your virtual folder to be on a UNC path, running the Profile Model virtual variable analysis wizard, and selecting Quantile Range, the VV would generate an error.

You might also get the same error message when using the Numeric Banding wizard and choosing the Quantiles and Pareto banding as the Banding Type.

The VV would be created correctly but the spurious error message would incorrectly indicate that the update had failed.
