Patch 47: OTFA datetime selection with offsets¶

We've fixed an issue in FastStats where OTFA datetime selections with a fixed date and an offset relative point returned zero counts or incomplete results. Your selections now work correctly when you combine fixed dates with offset relative points like Now, Back, 4, Years or ThisHour(end of), Back, 2, Months.

To apply this fix:

1. Install the FastStats Configurator version 1.3.25027.44 or later contained within the WebService.zip file.
2. Use the FastStats Configurator to upgrade the FastStats Service to version 1.3.25027.56 or later.

3. Use the FastStats Configurator to upgrade the FastStats Binaries to version 1.1.25027.58 or later.

   Note

   FastStats Local users need to install version 1.1.25027.58 or later, contained within the FastStatsLocal.zip file.

Patch 46: Selector text values selections¶

We've fixed an issue where selections on selector variables using text matching criteria could return incorrect counts if there were more than 5 criteria and if the criteria were specified in a non-alphabetical order. Your selections now return accurate counts regardless of the order of codes in your list or the number of entries you specify.

To apply this fix:

1. Install the FastStats Configurator version 1.3.25027.43 or later contained within the WebService.zip file.
2. Use the FastStats Configurator to upgrade the FastStats Service to version 1.3.25027.55 or later.

3. Use the FastStats Configurator to upgrade the FastStats Binaries to version 1.1.25027.57 or later.

Patch 45: Date expression selections with mixed from/to types¶

We've fixed an issue where date expression selections incorrectly returned zero counts when you used mixed date types in the From and To fields. Your selections now work correctly when you combine relative dates (like Today) with fixed dates, or use any other combination of date types.

To apply this fix:

2. Use the FastStats Configurator to upgrade the FastStats Service to version 1.3.25027.53 or later.

Patch 44: Date expression selections with reversed dates¶

We've fixed an issue where date expression selections returned zero counts when you entered the From and To dates in reverse order with mixed date types (for example, a relative date in From and a fixed date in To). The system now handles reversed date ranges correctly across different date type combinations.

To apply this fix:

2. Use the FastStats Configurator to upgrade the FastStats Service to version 1.3.25027.53 or later.

Patch 42: Microsoft Dynamics customer attribute upsert¶

You can now upsert customer attributes to Microsoft Dynamics lookup fields that link to either contacts or accounts. When you upload data, prefix the GUID with the table type. For example, contact/<guid> or account/<guid>.

To apply this fix:

2. Use the FastStats Configurator to upgrade the FastStats Service to version 1.3.25027.53 or later.

Patch 41: Google Ads API v19 upgrade¶

Patch 40: LinkedIn API v202510 upgrade¶

Patch 39: Facebook Marketing API v24.0 upgrade¶

We've upgraded the Facebook Marketing API from v21.0 to v24.0. This ensures continued functionality following the deprecation of v21.0 on 9 September, 2024.

Patch 38: Dotdigital custom reply-to address¶

We've fixed an issue where custom reply-to email addresses weren't being copied through to Dotdigital when you sent emails. Your custom reply-to addresses now transfer correctly with your email templates.

Patch 37: Issues with date and datetime expressions used in selections¶

We've found and fixed some issues with date and datetime expressions used in selections.

If the expression contained no variables, but did contain on-the-fly aggregations, then wrong results could occur if the selection used adhoc dates, date ranges or date rules.

In some cases, the resulting count was 0, and in other instances all records were selected.

To apply this fix:

1. Install the FastStats Configurator version 1.3.25027.39 or later contained within the WebService.zip file.
2. Use the FastStats Configurator to upgrade the FastStats Service to version 1.3.25027.50 or later.

3. Use the FastStats Configurator to upgrade the FastStats Binaries to version 1.1.25027.53 or later.

Patch 36: Transaction campaign response attribution¶

You can now set up response attribution on transaction campaigns where responses are defined on a child of the transaction table. We've relaxed validation checks to allow you to publish and attribute responses for these campaign types.

To apply this fix:

2. Use the FastStats Configurator to upgrade the FastStats Service to version 1.3.25027.50 or later.

Patch 35: Emarsys response gatherer¶

We've fixed an issue where the Emarsys response gatherer failed to retrieve recipient URNs when you sent a broadcast to more than 1,000 recipients. The system now requests URNs in batches of 1,000 to ensure all recipient data is successfully pulled back for inclusion in your response database.

To apply this fix:

1. Install the FastStats Email Response Gatherer version 1.0.25027.41 or later contained within the DigitalIntegration.zip file.

Patch 34: Locale not reset between requests¶

We've found and fixed an issue causing campaign optimisation to set the request locale to a particular decimal export format, then not reset this to configured default at the start of every subsequent request.

Patch 33: Improved email template options for dotdigital messaging¶

Patch 32: Whatsapp mobile number validation¶

We've fixed an error that occurred when sending WhatsApp messages to records with blank or very short mobile numbers. Your WhatsApp campaigns now correctly handle invalid mobile numbers.

To apply this fix:

2. Use the FastStats Configurator to upgrade the FastStats Service to version 1.3.25027.42 or later.

Patch 29: Orbit transactional audiences display in PeopleStage¶

We've fixed an issue where Orbit transactional audiences appeared in an Unknown folder at the bottom of the PeopleStage library. Previously, clicking on this folder would cause an error. The system now properly handles Orbit transactional audiences when you browse the library.

2. Use the FastStats Configurator to upgrade the PeopleStage Binaries to version 1.3.25027.40 or later.

Patch 28: PeopleStage audience library files¶

We've fixed an issue where the PeopleStage library stopped displaying files when it encountered a minor error reading a file in the directory. The system now skips problematic files and continues to show all remaining available files when you browse directories.

Patch 27: Missing unclassified code¶

We've fixed a FastStats Designer issue that causes a single field delimited array variable to lose the unclassified code if it is specified.

As a workaround for this, clearing the codes adds the unclassified code back. This workaround has to be repeated for every build until the fix is applied.

To apply this fix:

1. Install FastStats Designer version 1.3.25027.36 or later contained within the Designer.zip file.

Patch 26: Excelsior installer issues¶

We've fixed an issue preventing you from being able to install or run Excelsior. This was due to DLLs not being signed, and therefore blocked by A/V.

Patch 25: Diagram lock when publishing campaigns without response attribution segments¶

Publishing a campaign without a response step no longer inadvertently locks your campaign, preventing you from publishing campaigns without a response step defined, when other campaigns are running.

Patch 24: Dotdigital API logger¶

We've added an optional "Api Logger Path" parameter to Dotdigital channels that allows you to log all API requests and responses to a specified file path for debugging purposes.

Patch 23: Dotdigital contact list overwrite¶

We've fixed an issue where the Dotdigital overwrite contacts list mechanism would sometimes start adding new contacts before the deletion of old contacts was complete. The system now properly waits for contact deletions to finish before uploading new contacts when reusing list names.

Patch 22: Apteco email template default values¶

We've fixed an issue where default values in transactional email template variables displayed blank spaces instead of the specified default text. Email templates now correctly show default values when personalisation fields are empty or unclassified.

Patch 20: Date expression in selection bug: expression with no variables¶

On a date expression with no variables used in a selection, an "Invalid value rules for (null)" crash was caused in the FastStats server.

Patch 18: Behavioural feature bug fix¶

We've found and fixed a bug with the new Behavioural Feature type, which allows Selector variables with Recency features (e.g. Last(Destination)). While the end-to-end process of creating a PWE model variable works successfully, the issue caused association results to fail and prevented Incremental Insight from being calculated.

Patch 16: Faster campaign information processing¶

We've optimised Orbit's campaign information display for significantly faster processing. Previously, it lagged on some systems when handling retry send details. With this fix, the campaign overview remains unchanged but now updates far more efficiently.

Patch 15: Meta ads API unhandled status now managed¶

With the upgrade to the latest version of the Meta API, a new status appears when waiting for an uploaded audience to be processed. We've updated the system to recognise and handle this status, ensuring uploads complete as expected.

Patch 14: Reset password error fixed in FastStats¶

Patch 13: Icon display issue in date rule and login forms¶

A pen icon incorrectly appeared next to numeric editors and date controls in the custom date rule form in FastStats.

Patch 12: Missing decodes for input values over 255 characters¶

We've found and fixed an issue in Designer where input values longer than 255 characters prevented new decodes from being found. This resulted in missing decodes and a higher than expected Unclassified count.

Patch 11: Empty cubes saved to cube cache¶

We've found and fixed an issue where an failed cube query stores an empty cube response into the cache. This caused subsequent cache hits to return an empty cube. We've fixed this issue to prevent invalid empty cube results being created.

Patch 10: Emarsys broadcaster JSON payload handling¶

We've fixed an issue where the Emarsys broadcaster failed to handle large JSON payloads. You can now return a large number of templates without errors.

Patch 9: Combine database categories using unclassified code description issue¶

In FastStats Designer, when the Combine Categories post-load action is used and an unclassified description is specified, then the description is mistakenly used as the unclassified code.

Patch 1: Distributed processing freeze¶

We've found and fixed an issue where submitting a dashboard with multiple requests could cause the FastStats Service to stop processing jobs.

The problem was in the distributed processing 'merge results' section of the FastStats Service, this issue has been resolved.
