About FastStats Designer

The About screen display the version number of the FastStats Designer components.

Report a bug¶

The Report a bug will start your default email client, create an email to support@apteco.com and add in the version information.

View data providers¶

Click View Data Providers to see an optional additional data providers that have been installed:

Build support file¶

Clicking the Build Support File button will open a dialog that allows the user to create a .zip file that packages the design, log files and a sample of the input data. This .zip file can then be sent to your technical support team to help them diagnose and fix any problems.
