Orbit API log settings and retrieval

The Application Logs page allows you to download the last seven days logged activity of the Orbit API.

Should an issue occur, server side access [via an IT team to the web server] is no longer required to retrieve log files, greatly speeding up any investigative process.

To retrieve the log files, navigate to the Application Logs page within the Application Settings area:

1. Click the Package up and download Orbit log files button.
2. Click Save to download and save the zip file.
