Add user codes

You can add user code columns on to a Data Grid. Every record will then be given that user code.

Adding user codes¶

To add a user code:

1. Click the Add User Code menu option on the Data Grid toolbar

2. Enter a column Heading Description and then specify the Data Grid Value to be given to each record

   

3. Click the Add button

4. Click the Build button to build the Data Grid.
