Amend a URN file

Data Grids support the ability to add or remove records from a specified URN file using a check box column. The example below shows how an Exclusion file might be added to.

Amending a URN file

  1. Create a URN file and drag it onto a blank Selection page.

  2. Right click on the referenced file name and select NOT. click the Build button to count all those not in the Exclusion Group.

  3. Drag a Data Grid onto the Selection page and add some headings.

  4. Click on the Add URN Editor Column button. Choose the Action - Add selected to and then highlight the whole row.

  5. Click Add to include the column as a header. Click Build

  6. Tick the check boxes against the records you wish to add to the Exclusion Group URN file. Click the Build button to update the display and amend the URN file itself.
