Chart template

FastStats makes it possible to save the settings of a Chart as a template which can be re-used on different selections.

Before creating the template, give the chart a meaningful description.

Save a chart template

To save a Chart as a template:

  1. Click on the icon to the left of the Chart name.

  2. Drag and drop the icon onto the Templates ribbon bar.

Use a chart template

To make use of a saved Chart template:

Either

  1. Drag and drop the template over the Selection or Cube you wish to visualise.

    Or

  2. Drag the Chart template onto the workspace and then use the Filter panel in the Charting window to define the records to visualise.
