Response analysis wizard
This wizard creates a display Cube showing statistical significance testing on the responses to a set of offers in FastStats.
On the wizard ribbon bar, click on the Response Analysis Wizard icon
to start the wizard and choose Recipients.
Recipients¶
Here you can define the people who were mailed in your offers. In our example we will leave the default of all People.
Offer¶
Drag on the selections that represent each of your offers. Alternatively drag on a variable that holds your offers as a set of categories.
In the following example we use selections determined through the Segmentation tool, although you can use any selection method to identify the groups of people who receive the different offers.
Your offer groups will also appear in a drop down list for you to choose which is to be designated as the Control offer.
If your offer groups contain some of the same People, you may want to check the Allow offers to be overlapping box. They will then be included in the calculations for each offer.
Responders¶
On this step, drag on the selection that represents your responders.
Ensure that this selection is at the same table level as the selections used for the Offer step.
In this example we will use a selection of any person who has made a booking in The Last Quarter.
Dimensions¶
If you wish to breakdown the results by other demographic variables drag them on here.
In the example below Income & Gender have been added.
Measures¶
Here you can specify which measures you want to show in the response analysis cube. In this example we will leave them all checked.
Confirm¶
This confirmation step allows you to review your settings.
